Where do you ship from?

We ship within 24-72 hours from High Point, North Carolina.

Do you accept returns/Exchanges?

At this time we are only accepting returns:

  • Products must be in their original and respective packaging and returned 14 business days after you receive your item(s).
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved.
  • Once the item(s) for return is received and reviewed, you will receive an email. We will then send you the item you wish to exchange for.
  • If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged for store credit and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number to proceed with a gift return. No exceptions.

Where do you manufacture?

Our PJs are designed in North Carolina and manufactured in China.

Are your PJs chemical free?

Absolutely! Our products are compliant with all CPSC regulations and OEKO-TEX certified. They are product tested, lead-tested and free of chemicals and flame retardants. We only use natural dyes and absolutely no chemicals in our products. Bamboo Lyocell goes one step further than bamboo viscose and uses no chemicals in production AT ALL!

Care and wash instructions?

Bamboo is a natural fiber and is delicate in nature. It is machine washable as no mom deserves that headache. Please wash in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent and free of bleach. They may also be tumble dried on low heat. Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics you will want to keep them away from zippers, Velcro and other hardware.

Do you offer price adjustments? 

Unfortunately we do not offer price adjustments. 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we are thrilled to announce that we do offer Free Shipping on all US orders over $75 and all Canada orders over $250. 

 

What happens if my Package is Lost or damaged?

At Monkeeroos, we offer an optional in-house Shipping Protection Plan to give our customers peace of mind. If you selected this option at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please review our shipping terms carefully on our shipping page for more information.

 

PRICE/WEBSITE GLITCH DISCLAIMER

If the price of an item is higher or lower than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, you can return it for FREE within 7 days of delivery — items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

There’s a flat $7.50 fee for returns up to 30 days of delivery (waived if you choose store credit or your item is defective).

Refunds and store credits are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

We aren’t able to offer direct exchanges at this time — but you’re welcome to return for store credit and place a new order.

Gifts can be returned for store credit with a valid order number.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Thank you for understanding!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All orders will depart from our warehouse within 1-2 business days to the address provided (this does not include transit time with the carrier). Items may be shipped via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Havelock, North Carolina. You will receive an email confirmation once your items have been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused while items are in transit with the shipping carrier.

For large releases, sales, and Holidays please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

Please be aware that we cannot combine orders, ship partial orders, or add discount codes after orders have been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address if it was the address provided for us to ship to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At Monkeeroos we hope that you love our products but in the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items ( except for FINAL SALE item) that you purchased FREE of charge from monkeeroos.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please review our return policies below. 

RETURNS:

We want you to love your Monkeeroos items as much as we do and we are happy to accept returns so that you can find something that better fit’s your families needs. Please make sure that all items are being returned with tags, in the original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 14 days of the date received.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that there is a flat rate $7.50 fee for the shipping label/ and handling fee deducted from the amount returned to you if outside of the 14 day window. There is a 10% restocking fee for all other returns. As much as we would love to offer free returns with no restrictions, as a small family owned company we are unable to do so at this time. If you choose store credit or your item is being returned due to a manufacturer defect the shipping/restocking fee will be waived. 

If items returned for a refund to the original payment method are not in their original packaging, with all tags attached, in their original state, and condition then those items will be deemed unsellable and you will receive store credit. 

We process returns within a 2 week window of receiving the package. Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition. This can take up to 14 business days. Any item that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.

International Returns (From Outside the US): Customer will be responsible for the return fees.

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited stock / availability product exchanges will not be honored at this time. However, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order. 

GIFT EXCHANGES:

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged for store credit and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number to proceed with a gift return. No exceptions.

SALE & CLEARANCE: 

Clearance, sale items, and any items purchased during sales and promotions are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange. The includes items bought intended to be gifts. 

In the event a product is sold out, Monkeeroos has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order.  If the entire order is sold out, Monkeeroos has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. 

Should your package be returned to us by the postal carrier for any reason (such as incorrect addresses, abandoned parcel, unable to deliver, etc…) we will cancel the order and a full refund will be provided. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will gladly help you replace the item. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to contactus@monkeeroos.com 

All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 14 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item. 

Lifetime Warranty

We are so proud to offer our amazing customers a Lifetime Warranty.  What does this mean for you? For the lifetime of your Monkeeroos, we will offer you store credit for any manufacturer’s defect.  


FABRIC DISCLAIMER AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

Monkeeroos fabrics are 95%  bamboo lyocell and 5% spandex . Monkeeroos stands behind their products and guarantees the highest product quality. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact contactus@monkeeroos.com if you believe you have received a defective product.

When washing any of your Monkeeroos products You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your baby’s sensitive skin. We recommend that you avoid anything that has optical brighteners. A gentle cleaner is all that is needed, and please do not use bleach. A harsher detergent can leave residues that can cause irritation or strip the fabric’s softness. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener.

This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:

  • Cold water
  • Delicate cycle
  • Turn off agitator if that is an option
  • With like fabrics
  • Items should be washed inside out, zipped/buttoned up to decrease pilling

Monkeeroos does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. 

Monkeeroos is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.

All of our apparel is made from our signature Bamboo Lyocell. We recommend washing on a cold/gentle cycle inside out. Lay flat to dry for optimal longevity or dry low and cool iron if needed. Follow all care tag instructions. 

Due to the delicate nature of bamboo fabrics, please do NOT wash with other items with zippers, buttons, or hardware. Snagging may occur. Wash separately from towels, cotton, denim and avoid using garment bags as pilling and snags may occur.

How does your sizing run?

Our Pajamas run TTS with room to grow. We recommend sizing up for longer wearablity. If you have specific questions you can join our FB VIP group, ROOCREW, where customers are always willing to help with specific sizing questions.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, you can easily make changes by logging into your account and editing your order directly. Please make sure all updates are completed before your order begins processing, as we are unable to make adjustments once it moves to fulfillment. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our team!

What is the TAT for Pre-orders?

We offer pre-orders in rare cases such as print sellouts with high demand or Christmas prints to ensure stress-free shopping for those important holiday matching moments.

In such cases, our Turn Around Time is 90 days - baring no and inclement weather or natural disaster.
