Shipping & Returns

 


Domestic Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center in North Carolina. Please note that processing time does not include transit time with the carrier.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Free shipping on all orders $50 and over.

We are not responsible for delays that occur once a package is in transit with the carrier, or for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

We are also unable to combine orders, ship partial orders, or apply discount codes after checkout is complete.


Returns

We want you to love your Monkeeroos. If something isn't right, we're happy to make it right.

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date shown in your carrier tracking.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging with the inner bag intact and unsealed

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a cash refund. At our discretion, we may issue store credit for items returned in unsellable condition. If we are unable to accept the return, we will notify you and you will be responsible for return shipping if you'd like the item sent back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after your return is received and inspected for the refund to appear.

Store Credit is available as an alternative to a cash refund and is processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is free for domestic orders initiated within the 14-day window. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.


Gift Returns

If you received a Monkeeroos item as a gift and would like to return it, we are happy to issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price. A valid website order number is required to process a gift return. Gift returns are not eligible for a cash refund.


Sale & Clearance Items

All items purchased on clearance or marked as Final Sale are final — they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. This applies to gifts and orders placed during promotional sales as well.

In the event an item in your order is out of stock after your order is placed, we reserve the right to refund that item and ship the remainder of your order. If your entire order is unavailable, we will cancel and fully refund your order.

If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind every product we make. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date.

To submit a claim, email contactus@monkeeroos.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we will offer you a replacement item or store credit — your choice. If the item was purchased as a clearance item, store credit will be issued in the amount paid.


Lifetime Warranty

We're proud to stand behind our products for the long haul. For the lifetime of your Monkeeroos, if you experience a manufacturer defect — such as faulty stitching, seam separation, or a fabric defect — we will issue store credit in the amount of your original purchase price to make it right.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, holes from use, or damage caused by improper washing or care. All warranty claims are subject to our review.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.


Fabric Care

Our fabrics are 95% bamboo lyocell / 5% spandex — incredibly soft, breathable, and gentle on sensitive skin. To keep them that way, please follow these care instructions:

  • Machine wash cold on the delicate cycle
  • Wash inside out, with zippers and buttons fastened
  • Wash with like fabrics
  • Use a fragrance-free, dye-free, gentle detergent — avoid optical brighteners and bleach
  • White vinegar can be added as a natural fabric softener
  • Air dry by hanging or laying flat — we do not recommend machine drying

Please note that Monkeeroos is not responsible for damage caused during washing, stain treatment, or the use of chemical treatments or stain removers. Damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not covered under our warranty.
