Frequently Asked Questions


Shipping

Where do you ship from? All orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in North Carolina and ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and over, and on all Canadian orders $80 CAD and over.

What carriers do you use? Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit? If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at contactus@monkeeroos.com and we will do our best to help. Please note that once a package is in the carrier's possession, we cannot guarantee outcomes for unprotected orders.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? Yes! We want you to love your Monkeeroos. If something isn't right, you may initiate a return within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging with the inner bag intact and unsealed

To start a return, email us at contactus@monkeeroos.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send you a return label and instructions. After we receive and inspect your item(s), you'll be notified by email and your refund or store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.

What about gift returns? Gift returns are eligible for store credit only and are non-refundable. A valid website order number is required to process all gift returns.

What items are not eligible for return? All clearance items and anything marked Final Sale -  including items purchased during promotional sales - are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.


Product

Where are your pajamas made? Our PJs are designed in North Carolina and manufactured in China.

Are your products chemical free? Absolutely. Our products are OEKO-TEX certified and fully compliant with all CPSC regulations. They are product tested, lead tested, and free of harmful chemicals and flame retardants. We use only natural dyes — no chemicals whatsoever. Our bamboo lyocell fabric goes a step further than bamboo viscose by using a closed-loop production process with no chemical byproducts.

What is the Lifetime Warranty? We stand behind every pair of Monkeeroos for life. If you ever experience a manufacturer defect - such as faulty stitching, seam separation, or a fabric defect - we will issue store credit in the amount of your original purchase price.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear such as pilling, fading, or holes from use, or damage caused by improper care. All claims are subject to our review and apply to the original purchaser only.

To submit a warranty claim, email contactus@monkeeroos.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

How do I wash my Monkeeroos? Bamboo lyocell is a natural fiber - beautiful and soft, and best cared for gently.

  • Machine wash cold on the delicate cycle
  • Wash inside out with zippers and buttons fastened
  • Wash with like fabrics
  • Use a fragrance-free, dye-free gentle detergent — no bleach or optical brighteners
  • White vinegar can be added as a natural fabric softener
  • We recommend air drying by hanging or laying flat

Please keep bamboo fabrics away from zippers, Velcro, and other hardware that can cause pilling or snags. Monkeeroos is not responsible for damage caused during washing, stain treatment, or the use of chemical treatments or stain removers.


Pricing & Orders

Do you offer price adjustments? We are not able to offer price adjustments at this time.

What if there's a pricing error on the website? In the event of a pricing error or website glitch, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions prior to shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed? We are unable to combine orders, modify orders, or apply discount codes after checkout is complete. Please double-check your order and shipping address before placing it - we cannot make changes once it's in the system.
